AGILITY.

We work with our clients to increase the speed at which they can run, the speed at which they can change direction, and the speed at which they can respond to stimuli with acceleration or deceleration with a focus on injury resistance.

FUNCTIONAL POWER.

We work with our clients to reach a higher Functional Threshold of Power (FTP). We measure our clients’ ability to produce the highest amount of watts per kilogram of their weight using traditional measurements and retests.
